Why stay with us…?

We have designed our accommodation to be completely flexible around the yacht crew industry and their specific needs.  We provide hotel-like flexibility with appartment-like services and prices.  Perfect for those who need more than a room and don’t know how long they need to stay.

 

How much does it cost?….

March to October (inclusive) our rate is €222 per week, (or €37 per person, per night with every 7th night free).  November to February (inclusive) our rate is €140 per week or €25 per person per night, and during November to February discounts are  available for students and monthly bookings.

 

How it works…..

Our rate is calculated on a 6 night week,  37Euro per night*,  the 7th night is free**. We have a 3 night minimum stay. Check-in is available between 1100 (11am) and 2100 (9pm).   

All, linen (including towels), internet,kitchen and laundry facilities, printing etc are included, plus advice is free;)

Your deposit will be returned to you upon completion of check out. Provided you have returned our linen, towel and not damaged anything.
    
If you are new to the industry, then we have averaged that it takes about a 2-3 week min stay to find work. We find that this is the case with most individuals who are determined, focus and super organised. 

* March to October ( inclusive ) ** Free nights are not transferable to others nor accumulable for other stays.

Airport transfers.

For whatever political reason taxis in France are outrageously expensive – their time is based on 100 Eur per hour, and the average taxi cost from the Airport to Antibes is 60-70 euros.

We can pick you up ourselves  for 35 euro.  Available between 0900 – 2100,  please enquire.

 

Storage.

We provide storage for our guests (at our Seaside location) for €1 per item per day (minimum charge €10).

Storage must be paid for up front, a deposit must be left to cover your storage in case of unexpected changes in plans and abandoned stuff is disposed of after one month. We will not under any circumstances forward goods, they can only be reclaimed in person.  Maximum storage period one month.
